Do you have parking on site?
We do, but on-site parking is reserved for members. If you're visiting, don’t worry — there are plenty of local council car parks and off-road parking options just a short walk away.

Are dogs allowed?
Yes — we love a four-legged visitor 🐾 Just make sure they’re well-behaved and kept under control while on site.

Can I purchase a pass when I arrive?
You can! All passes are bought through our website, but you’re welcome to do that when you arrive — it only takes a minute.

Do you have shower facilities?
We do — there are public showers available for you to use after your session.

​​

Can I grab a drink on site?
Of course. We’ve got tea, coffee and soft drinks available, perfect for warming up or winding down.

What are your opening hours?

Our Hot Desking is available Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Is it suitable if I’m new?

Definitely. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve been doing this for years, you’ll be right at home.

Is there somewhere to sit and chill?
Yes — there are spaces where you can sit down, relax, and take it all in including outside in our little sun trap courtyard.

Do you offer memberships?
We do! Members get a few extra perks, including local discounts such as gym memberships.

Can I bring a friend?
